I ran the Chicago marathon last weekend with Kate and her friend Sarah. Kate beat me by 16 seconds!!! I’d like to say that my lack of training had something to do with that, but I’m super proud of her– she worked hard and deserved to beat me. 
My time was 4:26:49. When I finished I said I was never going to run another one, but here I am, one week later, considering when I can do it again and how I will run under 4 hours! Silly Dave.
